Warranty
1. Warranty Coverage: All SpeedWorks Automotive’s products come with a limited warranty against defects in materials and finish. This warranty covers the replacement of the product if it fails due to defects in materials or workmanship within 12 months of the purchase date. This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy and replaces all other warranties, whether expressed or implied.
2. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover any damage to any SpeedWorks Automotive products resulting from incorrect or improper road use, including but not limited to misuse, abuse, improper installation, wear and tear, potholes, neglect of care, kerb-damage, tyre stretching, object-damage, off-road use, track-use, race-use or any alterations (including but not limited to refinishing, repairing and modifying), will void all liability of SpeedWorks Automotive upon the product. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they purchase are compatible with their vehicle and are installed by a qualified technician as per standard industry regulations regarding the product. The warranty also does not cover any consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of the product, loss of time, or inconvenience.
3. Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and evidence of the defect. Customers should contact SpeedWorks Automotive to initiate a warranty claim. We reserve the right to inspect the product in question and determine the cause of the failure before authorising a warranty claim.
4. Remedies: If a product is determined to be defective within the warranty period, we will replace the product with a new or refurbished one of equal or similar value. If the product is no longer available, we will provide a replacement of equal value or issue a refund of the original purchase price.
5. Limitations: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product. The warranty is only valid within Australia and does not apply to products that have been exported or installed on vehicles outside of Australia. This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy and replaces all other warranties, express or implied.
6. Changes: We reserve the right to modify or terminate this warranty at any time without notice.
7. Custom Orders: Returns are not accepted for any orders where the sizing was provided by the customer. Finishes and colors provided are for reference only and SPEEDWORKS AUTOMOTIVE will do our best to satisfy each client's requirements, however no returns or refunds will be accepted once the client has signed off on the drawing.
