Terms of service
- All sales are final. Items that have been opened, test-fitted or simply returned due to a change of mind cannot be refunded due to safety concerns of any unascertained or undisclosed usage that may have discretely occurred.
- Brand new items in complete original packaging may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. A 25% restocking fee will apply, and all transportation fees will be the responsibility and burden of the buyer. Within 7 days of SpeedWorks Automotive receiving and confirming the item is brand new, a refund will be issued bearing the 25% restocking fee. No goods may be returned until written consent by SpeedWorks Automotive. As such, it is encouraged that customers get in contact through the Contact Us page to begin the refund process as soon as possible.
- All holding deposits are non-refundable. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and commitment, as holding deposits are intended to secure an order and may result in turning away other potential customers.
- Customised items, personalised items, discounted items, and items that are purchased whilst on pre-order are strictly non-refundable.
- It is your responsibility as the buyer to ensure any item you purchase fits the vehicle you purchased the item for. All guides on the SpeedWorks Automotive page are used for general recommendations. We try our best to accurately describe items and their compatibilities with vehicles, however, small inaccuracies can occur. Use the Contact Us page to ask any questions regarding compatibility.
- SpeedWorks Automotive reserves the right to decline an order at any time or fulfill only part of an order.
- The approximate date of delivery is a guide only given by the courier and is subject to delays without any prior notice.
- Any damage to any SpeedWorks Automotive products as a result of road hazards, including but not limited to potholes, neglect of care, kerb-damage, tyre stretching, object-damage, off-road use, track-use, race-use or any alterations (including but not limited to refinishing, repairing and modifying), will void all liability of SpeedWorks Automotive upon the product.
- All pictures are for illustration and description use only. Slight variation may occur, particularly on custom items. These variations may include but are not limited to colour, concavity, depth of dish and number of holes. Use the Contact Us page to ask any questions.
- All details the buyer gives to SpeedWorks Automotive when completing a purchase are final – this includes but is not limited to name, address or product purchased. These details cannot be changed in retrospect, and the order will be fulfilled as per the details initially provided.
- SpeedWorks Automotive reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time without notice.It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they have read through any changes. Usage of the website signifies confirmation and agreement to the most recent version of the terms and conditions.
- All items on this site, including but not limited to titles, pictures, and descriptions, should be assumed to be under copyright. SpeedWorks Automotive does not authorise the usage of any of the content on this website without prior written approval.
Forged Alloy Wheels

Custom Orders: All forged wheels are made to order and are custom made to your specific requirements. Once you have placed an order for custom wheels, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. We strongly advise that you take the time to carefully consider your order and specifications before placing it.

Lead Times: The lead time for custom wheel orders is approximately 14-18 weeks from the time payment is received. This includes the design process, forging, machining, finishing, and quality control. Lead times are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of your order and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the production process. We will do our best to keep you updated on the progress of your order and notify you of any delays as soon as possible.

Design and Specification: We will work with you to determine the design, size, finish, and other specifications of your custom wheels. Once you have approved the final design, no changes can be made to the order. Please ensure that all specifications are accurate and complete before finalising your order.

Payment: 50% payment is required before production can begin. We accept payment via bank transfer, PAYPAL or credit card.

Shipping: Shipping is available for an additional fee. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. We are not responsible for any shipping delays or damages that may occur during shipping. It is your responsibility to inspect your order upon receipt and report any damages to the shipping carrier immediately.

Warranty: All of our forged wheels come with a limited lifetime structural warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper installation or use, or any modifications made to the wheels.

Liability: We are not liable for any damages or injuries that may occur as a result of the use of our forged wheels. It is your responsibility to ensure that the wheels are properly installed and used accordinly.

Modifications: Any modifications made to the wheels, including painting or powder coating, will void the warranty.

Returns and Refunds: As custom ordered forged wheels are made specifically to your requirements, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please carefully consider your order and specifications before placing it.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By placing an order for custom forged wheels, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Imperfect / Defective Products
As previously mentioned, all our products (Bodykits) need to be professionally installed by an Automotive Bodyshop to guarantee an optimal result.
As all our carbon fibre / fibreglass parts are handmade, no two items will be identical. There will be inevitable imperfections, blemishes and will not fit like an OEM part/or have OEM fitment. This is part of the hand-crafted process. Not fitting like OEM/ not having OEM fitment is NOT considered to be defective.
If there are any issues with any of Speedworks products and you believe that it is not fit for use or may need an extensive amount of work may be needed to fit, Speedworks should be notified immediately before installation and/or work on the product commences. Photographic and video evidence of potential defects must be documented and sent to Speedworks for review and assessment.
Speedworks should be notified immediately if during the installation process any serious product or fitment issues arise (drastic modification or time are needed to make the product fit).
Speedworks will not consider a product defective after extensive work has begun on the product. Speedworks will not consider any product defective unless verified by a qualified and accredited automotive Bodyshop/installer. Photographic and video evidence of potential defects must be documented and sent to Speedworks for review and assessment prior to any return’s claims being approved or alternatives being sent out.
Installation
Speedworks insists on professional installation for all products to guarantee a most optimal result. The customer understands that all products may require alterations in order for correct fitment such as Prepping, Trimming, Cutting, Sanding, Additions and any Fiberglass/Carbon Work that is needed as part of installation. Speedworks does not guarantee OEM fitment for any parts supplied unless stated otherwise.
All fibreglass and partial carbon products may require some form of Prepping, Trimming, Cutting, Sanding, Additions and Painting work before installation on the car.
Please note: Every individual product and vehicles is different with many factors to take into consideration such as; age, condition, warping, previous accidents/repairs, structural deviations, environmental damage, pre-existing damage, rust etc. Therefore, adjustments to Speedworks products and your vehicle will have to be made to cater for this.
Shipping
In-stock items are dispatched from Speedworks warehouse within 5 business days of receiving payment, depending on availability and congestion. Based on your location in Australia, estimated shipping time can vary from 2-7 business days for metro areas, to up to or above 14 business days or longer for regional areas.
Speedworks will always book the delivery of your order in a timely manner (within 5 business days after receiving payment). Please be advised Speedworks has no control over any courier related issues which include and are not limited to any of the following areas:
- Delayed package pickup
- Processing delays
- Transit from product pickup to depot
- Depot delays
- Reduced workforce
- Covid-19 related delays
- Depot holding delays
- Depot to delivery location delays
- Condition of packaging on arrival
- All product damages accrued during transit
- International service delays
- International border delays or process delays
- Unforeseen circumstances
- Weather delays or natural disasters
Many factors are in play as this is a third-party issue and outside of Speedworks control. All Speedworks orders come with a tracking number/link so that customers are aware of their products status.
Please be advised once your order has left Speedworks warehouse, Speedworks has no jurisdiction/control over the service levels, delays, condition of product, damage or delivery times for any courier companies used for any of the factors mentioned above. Insurance is included in our shipping rates for all items with the exception of 'Bodykits'.
